Where is local pickup?

We currently have $5 local pickup options in Halifax (NS), Ottawa (ON), Winnipeg (MB), Regina (SK), Saskatoon (SK), Calgary (AB), Airdrie (AB) and Cochrane (AB).

When can I pickup my order?

Once you receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up.

$5 Local pickup ships out twice a month, on the first and third Monday of each month.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate shipping is $19. We wish that we could offer FREE shipping however, due to increased shipping costs this is just not something we can offer at this time especially being a small business. We hope you understand! We love and appreciate your business + support more than you'll ever know.

Current ship times are 2-4 business days.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Regular priced items can be returned for store credit only. However, if the size of the item you wish to exchange is still in stock you will be allowed to exchange the item. All sale items are final sale.

In order for the item to be returned or exchanged the item must meet the guidelines:

- show proof of purchase

- have the original tags

- the item must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or scents/odours.

How can I return my item?

First, please send an email to merandmadecollective@gmail.com regarding your wish to make a return.

Mail returns must be received within the guidelines. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item back to mermade collective.

Can I return a sale item?

All sale items are final sale.

How many days do I have to return my item?

Local returns: You have 10 days from the day you received notification of the date for local pick up to return the item(s) in person.

Mail returns: You have 10 days from the day the item(s) were delivered.

***If we receive item(s) that are not returnable, do not follow the guidelines or a return is late unfortunately we will not accept them. It will be at the customers expense to get back the item(s).

Help, my item is damaged or defective!

In the unusual event your item(s) are damaged/defective or the item(s) you received are incorrect please contact merandmadecollective@gmail.com within 3 days of the pick up date or 3 days from the day your shipment was delivered to be eligible for a refund. Defects/damages must be reported prior to the item(s) being worn or washed and the tags must still be attached. Please include photo(s) in your email attachment.

Washing Instructions:

Please follow the care instructions labeled on the tag(s) of your clothing items.

All clothing items are best cared for by washing inside out, in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.
